PolyFlex™️ TPU90, created from Covestro’s Addigy®️ family, is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament designed to provide great flexibility without compromising on printing speed. It also has the ability to resist ultra-violet (UV) light or sunlight.

PolyFlex™ TPU90 is easier to print than similar flexible material thanks to its high melt index, additionally it features high resistance to sunlight and UV light.

Easy to Print & UV Resistant TPU Filament - PolyFlex TPU90 is a flexible TPU filament 1.75 ( Thermoplastic Polyurethane filament ) with a shore hardness of 90A. It offers great flexibility without compromising on printing speed. It's is also UV resistant which can be used outdoors. Flexible filaments are known to be difficult to work with. Well not any more PolyFlex is designed to be compatible with almost all desktop FDM/FFF printers and requires no hardware modification
Tangle Free & Moisture Free - Polymaker Black TPU soft filament is carefully winded to avoid any tangling issues, dried and vacuum sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with desiccant. Please make sure to NEVER let go the tip of the filament as it may create nodes. Holes on the side of the spool can be used to prevent this issue

PolyFlex TPU90 Printing Settings - Nozzle: 210˚C - 230˚C; Bed: 25˚C - 60˚C; Speed: 30mm/s - 60mm/s; Fan: On. Selected Diameter: 3D Printer filament flexible Black TPU 1.75mm ( Elastic filament Black TPU Roll )

Note - PolyFlex TPU Flexible filament 1.75mm should be printed at lower speed than normal. It's better to work on direct drive extruders. Please print slowly and read the tips if you are bowden. Turn off (or limit) retraction if possible. Turn up the bed temp to 80C or so for the first layers to get good adhesion
